Our two core papers on GenePath are published in Bioinformatics and AIM Journal. The Bioinformatics paper gives a biologically-inspired description of GenePath, and focuses on formalization of the reasoning process in classical genetics. The AIM Journal paper focuses on methodology and Artificial Intelligence aspects, and it describes our first attempts to reverse the reasoning patterns for proposal of experiments. We have yet to cover some new features implemented in the most recent version of GenePath which is available on the net.
